Can empathy be scaled within an organisation? And if so, how can middle-management get started?
We talk to Dana Publicover, founder of Tiny Piñata - a thought partner for changemakers stuck in the grind, based out of Greensboro, North Carolina. We talk about her upcoming book Empathy at Scale.
Dana's experience spans the industries of publishing, healthcare, media, advertising, textiles, transportation, non-profits and higher-level education. She has run empathetic research studies for diverse groups that include young asthmatics, homebound elderly patients, third shift manufacturing workers, police officers and first-year teachers.
Dana works all over the world, and trained with Google, IDEO, Design Sprint Academy, Stanford d.School and AJ&Smart.
