This time we're chatting to Jonathan Warren who joined the team earlier this year, as a Principal Consultant.

Hear from Jonathan

Prior to joining Etch, I spent several years in consulting in financial services with Altus Consulting, working across the industry with established brands and also financial technology startups ups. The focus was market intelligence, strategy development, operating model, transformation and vendor selection. That came after fifteen years in the investment platform market in operations, change and transformation and proposition, latterly heading up our design and customer experience capability, which is where I first encountered Etch.

My role at Etch is as a Principal Consultant. The role is focused on account management for our clients, managing delivery and relationship management with key stakeholders on how we can support their business goals through our value proposition. I also work on business development, primary in financial services, but also in our other markets - entertainment, hospitality and public sector. 

I love working at Etch because we have a great team and that do dynamic and brilliant work. I know having previously engaged Etch when heading up a design and customer experience function. The opportunity to blend my background and experience in design, customer experience and consulting, to help clients modernise their technology and digital experiences to delight clients and colleagues, is a perfect fit.
