What is our purpose?
Etch exists to help our people, clients and partners to go further, faster. Accelerating the progression of everyone and fulfilling undiscovered potential is our reason for being. It's what gets us up out of bed in the morning, and it's what keeps us going day in, day out. We do this through a combination of radical management principles and a constant drive to challenge unnecessary constraints. It's time for us to make a difference - a difference for ourselves and others. The WIldman Fun is a charitable initiative from Etch., where we select three charities to work with each year, offering time or money to help affect change. We believe in creating a big difference while we can and we believe in using the time we have to support and change people's lives for the better.
