Etch Play are the digital partner for the video games industry. We deliver marketing, development and strategic services to some of the industry's most prestigious names.

  • Remote, some visits to the Southampton and/or London team

We're looking for someone highly organised and a great communicator to help with the delivery of our expansive range of projects for our prestigious games industry client base.

As a Producer your focus will be on building close relationships with our clients and enabling the team to deliver exceptional work. Working closely with the Head of Games Services and Partner Strategist, you will play a vital role in helping grow the clients and business through efficient delivery and excellent client service.

  • Attending new project meetings
  • Overseeing internal and external resource schedules
  • Managing design and development projects
  • Managing continuous improvement to ongoing engagement projects
  • Balancing project budgets, timelines and delivery
  • Managing client and internal stakeholders
  • Work with strategic, marketing, creative and technical teams to proactively develop new ideas that will benefit the client’s business
  • Clearly translate client requirements in to internal briefs
  • Ensure all members of the project team understand the brief


Person Specification
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar or complimentary role
  • A passion for the video games industry
    (you don't have to be "a gamer", but a keen interest in the industry is a must)
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Are comfortable leading client/internal teams
  • Have a sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables
  • Client friendly – professional and personable
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail

Your Credentials
  • You are a Digital Producer or Project Manager with proven experience
  • You have some experience and knowledge of web, design, development and technology
  • You have a desire to keep up with new developments in the digital space
  • You have a desire to see the best work possible delivered, for your clients, your team and yourself
  • Traditional project management qualifications are not essential
