Ruby on Rails Developer - Contract
We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join us on a contract basis to assist with an enterprise level solution.

We work in a fluid & lean way, so you'll need to be comfortable working iteratively with the rest of the team to deliver an excellent result without specifications or intensive project management. You'll be expected to take ownership of your work, manage your time, communicate in a dynamic team, and ultimately deliver quality code.
In return, youíll have all the support you need. Youíll be working in our Product Design team, working alongside best-in-class product designers and frontend developers delivering leading edge projects.
A real passion for backend development in Ruby / Ruby on Rails
Experience of writing custom plugins for Discourse.
Experience working in an agency environment
Worked in an agile/lean team (eg Scrum)
A strong appreciation of n-Tier architecture
Spent many fun days and/or nights with REST services (ie WebAPI)
The 3 or 4 most useful git commands memorised, or written on a post-it nearby (any source code management experience is acceptable, we won't discriminate against Mercurial or TFS for example)
Knowledge of any of the following would also be useful:
Full-stack development in React
Experience with AWS infrastructure a bonus
Test Driven Development (TDD)
