Umbraco .NET Developer

We're on the hunt for a mid-weight Umbraco/.NET developer to join our growing Product team. This role is available in any of our studios - Southampton, London or Cape Town.

Description

We're on the hunt for an additional web developer to join our team. We don't obsess about skillsets and keywords; who you are and how you think are more important, but if you want an idea of what the role entails, then in a nutshell it'll mostly be maintaining and building websites based on the Umbraco CMS. That means almost exclusively .NET (mostly MVC), although crossover knowledge of front-end (in particular JavaScript development including React, Vue or Angular) would be very helpful.

We work in a relatively fluid & lean way so you'll need to be comfortable working iteratively with the rest of the team to deliver an outstanding result without specifications or intensive project management. You'll be expected to take ownership of your elements of a project, working alongside UXers, designers and front-end developers, under the umbrella of a digital producer and our technical manager, to take projects from concepts to delivery and beyond.

Being a busy agency, you'll be working on multiple projects at the same time alongside a lengthy list of maintenance and update tasks, and so will be expected to take responsibility for your own time management and delivery within the team.
