Richard is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in industry for 30 years since qualifying in 1979. His interests are classic cars and tropical fish. He owns and maintains two 1960’s Fords and is treasurer and webmaster of the owners club.

Katie has an AAT accounting qualification and firmly believes accounting can be fun!!! Her role in Etch is to take care of the accounts and the day-to-day administration of the business. She really enjoys being part of the team and making sure all accounts are in order!!

Caroline looks after all of our clients. Whether it's a quick meeting in person to discuss a planned redesign, or handling monthly maintenance updates, Caroline knows what each client needs - often before they do!

Phil is always keen to ensure that a solution is as technically robust as possible, yet remains at the leading edge of technology. Delivering a site that works well means it's sure to perform well for the client. That's the key to a successful project, and a long-term relationship.

Doing things right the first time makes things easier in the future, this is something Mike's learned the hard way! He finds great satisfaction in solving problems and seeing a site working smoothly, and holds a BSc in Mathematics from Bath university.

Kazi has more than six years of experience in both desktop and web application development, and has worked for different organisations including the UK Atomic Energy Authority. In his free time he likes to play chess and badminton.

With a background in Fine Art and over ten years designing for the web, Matt is the most recent addition to the Etch team. When he's not making things look beautiful in Photoshop he enjoys playing one of his many guitars (6 and counting...) and watching old films.

Adam is the most recent member of the team and has been brought on board to tackle front end development. From the artwork created here at Etch he crafts elements and nudges pixels to make a site look pretty, be accessible and work in all the relevant browsers.
